Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?+

Yes. Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans offer both monthly and yearly billing. Yearly billing saves 15% compared to monthly. The Lite plan is monthly-only at $99/mo.

Are there any hidden fees or setup costs?+

No. The price you see is the price you pay. All software tools are covered by us. There are no setup fees, no contracts, and no hidden charges.

What if I need to add more employees to payroll?+

Growth includes payroll for 3 employees and Enterprise includes 5. Additional employees beyond the included count are $10/month each. Lite and Starter do not include payroll.

Do you offer catchup bookkeeping?+

Yes. We offer quote-based catchup bookkeeping to reconcile historical transactions and clean up your records. Once caught up, you transition seamlessly to a monthly plan. Catchup bookkeeping is available on Starter plans and above.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.
